- Responsible for sourcing for potential candidates, managing interview arrangements and conducting preliminary phone interviews with shortlisted candidates;
- Record and sort out recruitment information;
- Analyse recruitment trends and data and complete HR weekly reports;
- Support other adhoc tasks as and when required.
- Currently pursuing a HR Degree in an established university;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Can be on duty five days a week and work remotely;
- Able to take initiative, be responsible and have self-discipline;
- Hope to develop in HR direction in the long run.
