What you’ll do:
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (general corporate matters, employment law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc
)
- Provide expert and strategic legal advice to our Founders
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operationsÂ
- Draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
- Keep abreast of legislative changes, especially in the blockchain industry
Who you are:
- BSc degree in law or J
D
degreeÂ
- Ability to practice law in the US
- Proven general counseling experience
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Outstanding communication skills
- Prior Crypto/Blockchain working experienceÂ
