Responsibilities
- Support the acquisition and development of relationships with institutional clients (HNWIs, private banks, HFs, VCs, commercial banks, and etc
) globally - Create strategies to acquire new institutional clients and identify new business opportunities in the crypto industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of customer service
- Seek to understand the challenges of our clients and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Identify new business opportunities in the crypto industry especially within crypto wallet/ custody/ crypto prime services
- Educate new and existing clients on the exciting world of cryptocurrency
Requirements
- Self-driven, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Passionate about the crypto industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
