Role and Responsibilities:

    • Source new prospective institutional clients from both traditional finance and emerging digital asset/venture capital funds; segment, rank and maintain a full team pipeline
    • Help develop robust and comprehensive account plans for platinum institutional clients, with a specific focus on mapping various desks across multiple geographies
    • Implement and execute sales strategy via CRM tool across all accounts under remit, optimizing flow trading revenue while working closely with sales brokerage and trading functions
    • Pitch the firm and its services alongside new products and continuous promotion of the firm's liquidity provision and offerings


    • Minimum 8 years working in sales and client services function and demonstrable track record in growing institutional sales and client base from a reputable financial institution; Candidates with crypto-native background is an advantage
    • Proven institutional sales network in Japan, Korea, Dubai
    • Solid reputation and extensive network with proven ability to penetrate decision-makers and key stakeholders at large institutions
    • Bilingual Fluency in English, native in Japanese/Korean/Hindi is a big plus
    • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and digital assets
    • Determined to succeed, able to work well in the fast-growing and high performing team environment
