Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the investment team to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the investment team and the legal team to ensure a smooth contract review and signing procedure
- Familiar with the internal funding procedure and works closely with the trading ops team on fund settlement
- Other investment or fund related duties
- Continuous project work involving process improvement and system implementation
Requirements:
- Full-time Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, and other related majors
- At least 2 years of operations experience in the middle office of financial institutions
- Fluent in English, have strong adaptability and a good sense of teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, PPT, and Visio
