Role and Responsibilities:

    • Support the investment team to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
    • Work closely with the investment team and the legal team to ensure a smooth contract review and signing procedure
    • Familiar with the internal funding procedure and works closely with the trading ops team on fund settlement
    • Other investment or fund related duties
    • Continuous project work involving process improvement and system implementation

Requirements:

    • Full-time Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, and other related majors
    • At least 2 years of operations experience in the middle office of financial institutions
    • Fluent in English, have strong adaptability and a good sense of teamwork
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, PPT, and Visio
