IT Helpdesk Fresher

Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Fresher to join our team in providing end-user support and daily operations.

As an IT Helpdesk Fresher, you will be a part of Coinhako to manage all operations that involve the development and support of information systems.

What You Will Do

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

     
  • Provide local and remote support to employees.

  • Configure IT Equipment (PCs /Laptops/Apple devices), install Windows/Office packages.

  • Follow the status of the request which has involvement from different teams and response back the final result to customer/end-user.

Who You Are:

  • At least 1 year experience in IT department or meets equivalent skill requirements primary experience in helpdesk as entry level.

  • Have experience working with network devices such as switches, IP phones, laptops, PCs,.

    .

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Adaptable, meticulous, innovative, and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Able to communicate well in English.

  • Strong interest in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading is a must.

Nice to haves:

  • CNNA / MSA certificate 
  • Familiar with and passionate about digital assets, its network and protocol.

  • Be active and always take the initiative to discuss and share your opinions, experience and knowledge for the sake of improving the team.
