  • 2+ years experience of successful closing vacancy in IT sphere;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,high level of empathy;
  • Strong knowledge of different interview techniques (main focus on identifying soft skills);
  • Be professional in different sourcing and recruiting tools (not just LinkedIn);
  • Focused on the result, having real passion to close complex positions;
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems;
  • Advanced level of English.


  • Lead full cycle of the recruitment process (IT/Digital Marketing/Data Analytics Vacancy);
  • Source talents with preferred sourcing methods and tools;
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles;
  • Create complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements;
  • Built strong and effective relationships with hiring managers;
  • Coordinate testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers;
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
