Braintrust is hiring an exceptional product manager to lead the growth of one of the core pillars of our marketplace business
You will partner with our product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver an industry-leading hiring platform for employers, and help build Braintrust into the largest recruiting network in the world

2M to more than $100M

Responsibilities

  • Wake up everyday obsessed with growing Braintrust’s impact on the employers who use us to hire amazing teams
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams (including sales, matching, and growth) to maintain sequential 3X+ revenue growth & industry-best success rates (3X+ industry average)
  • Demonstrate continually-improving PMF with industry best retention & expansion rates (including NRR)
  • Unlock & lead product-led growth (PLG) for our nascent self-service (SMB) customer segment

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience at leading high-growth technology companies
  • 2-4+ years of experience in B2B-focused product roles
  • Deep knowledge of B2B patterns and modern best practices
  • Deep curiosity about the potential of user-owned networks
  • Combination of creativity and analytical rigor — you’ll both generate great experiments & experiences, and measure them to understand what works
  • Character: deeply curious, empathetic, kind, and driven
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience scaling networks, marketplaces, or both
  • Interest in & aptitude for PM mentorship
