Vibrant storytellers and Chainalysis evangelists, our Marketing and Demand Generation teams work together to enable sales, increase leads, and connect key-players in the cryptocurrency industry via  cutting-edge research, real customer success stories, and targeted outreach to potential customers and partners
 

A coordinator on our team is expected to proactively own task execution in the AMER region for the Marketing Operations team and strengthen the bond between Marketing Operations and the local field teams both in and outside of Marketing
The Marketing Operations coordinator should proactively look for new tasks to help build trust in the Marketing Operations team, and receive feedback humbly and eagerly
 

In one year you’ll know you were successful if:

  • You’re more familiar with the full Marketing funnel as it relates to Chainalysis, with emphasis on analyzing data around top lead sources, marketing campaign effectiveness, and marketing revenue influence modelling
  • You’ve gained a solid understanding of Marketing Automation tactics and working comfortability using Marketo and Salesforce to build and execute email programs, Newsletters and landing pages for events, webinars, and more
  • You’re seeking the opportunities to learn more about Lead Acquisition and Demand Generation tactics in relation to paid advertising, inbound lead management, and the marketing Funnel
  • You’ve identified opportunities to “fill in the gaps” on our marketing campaign performance via metrics like: Email Open Rates, Email Engagement Rates, Event Registration, and Attendance Rates
  • You’ve learned how to manage a weekly email communications calendar across multiple verticals and audience segments
    You’re now proficient with process management, deliverable timelines, execution on multiple projects simultaneously, and effective communication with stakeholders
  • You have a working knowledge of the importance of the Marketing tech stack, data cleanliness, and how data flows throughout the system
  • You can comfortably manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

A background like this helps: 

  • Prior experience managing multiple high-priority projects and maintaining an orderly and organized approach
  • Previous course work in marketing, management, or related technical field
  • An interest in cryptocurrency or B2B SaaS Marketing
  • A “team-player” attitude where no task is too small or too tedious if it advances the team’s strategic initiatives 
  • You have a growth-mindset lending you to enjoy learning new things, take on new challenges, and be accountable for moving projects forward

The salary range for this position is dependent on where you live within the United States
Chainalysis maintains two pay zones: Zone 1 includes team members in the New York City metro area and team members in the San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 encompasses all other parts of the United States
The salary ranges are:

Zone 1: $50,000 – $70,000 – $85,500

Zone 2: $46,000 – $60,000 – $74,000

Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes equity, performance bonus or commissions for eligible roles, and competitive benefits
