NEAR Foundation is looking for a Marketing & Project Manager Associate to join our Marketing department
Your role will be to manage all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and work closely with Marketing Managers, Content/Design Team, Partner Teams, and Legal among others
You will be an integral part of the marketing team, working closely with the Social Media Lead and Associate Director of Integrated Production
 

An ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience working in Marketing, Project Management, Production or Marketing Operations working across integrated tactics

You will:

  • Project manage integrated projects from beginning to end by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
  • Partner with internal functions to develop and execute scopes of work: including review of briefs, creating timelines/estimates, working with Team leads to resource/staff projects appropriately
  • Create and monitor timelines
    Ensure that the team is kept informed throughout the project’s life cycle
    Ensure all schedules are adhered to and deliverables are met
  • Create and maintain internal status and related meetings, providing key information to team members
  • Advise on the prioritization of active tasks, communicating milestones & expectations to project teams
     
  • Advocate for production processes; ensures team members follow best practices while working on projects
  • Assign and track project resources in our project management platform (Asana)
  • Daily coordination and workflow management to adhere to project timelines & quality expectations
  • Update and maintain an internal, global, content calendar
  • Create and deliver reports on the health of NEAR’s social media presence including competitor analysis
  • Support creative campaigns with the goal of engaging and growing the NEAR Community 

You’ll have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, experience using Project Management Software
     
  • Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Is attentive and shows interest in the subject; Expresses ideas clearly and accurate organization
  • Creates clear goals, identifies and finds the resources (time, people, materials) needed to achieve them, and schedules tasks so that work is completed on time
  • Maintains professionalism and is polished when interacting with partners and vendors
  • Soft video editing skills are a plus but not required
