The Revenue Operations team at Anchorage Digital partners  cross-functionally across go-to-market and corporate functions to enable better collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, improve business efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and build scalability across the team

As a Member of Business Operations you will:

    • Lead the effort to partner with internal stakeholders to establish a scalable revenue operations, pipeline management and forecasting process
    • Manage/maintain internal tools and analyses related to the overall sales cycle and strategy
    • Serve as a key subject matter expert on all issues related to revenue operations
    • Support ad-hoc system/data requests from client-facing teams
    • Drive sales technology adoption across client-facing teams 
    • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce
    • Assist revenue operations team members with internal/external reportings

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

    • 2-4 years of experience in revenue/business operations role in asset management industry or a fast-paced technology company
    • Experience in sales strategy & planning 
    • Experience working with an Institutional or Enterprise Sales Organization
    • Outstanding communication skills with ability to build consensus within and across teams
    • A cross-functional, results-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
    • Proficiency in Salesforce
    • Advanced spreadsheet and presentation slide skills
    • Working knowledge with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
    • Strong crypto conviction and belief that it will bring greater good to the world 

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

    • You are intellectually curious an not afraid of getting out of your comfort zone
    • You have helped scale a fast-growing startup from the ground-up in a revenue or business operations capacity
