Role and Responsibilities:
- Setting up colocation sites and optimize latency for proprietary trading applications
- Provide insights and optimization ideas for trading applications from network planning perspective
- Troubleshoot network related issues
- Automate process for network diagnosis and monitoring
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on networking experience
- Advance knowledge of time sync and PTP
- Advance knowledge of troubleshooting IP networking
- Advance knowledge of Switching, Routing and Multicast
- Advance knowledge of AWS cloud network and optimization
- Strong linux shell scripting experience
- Proficiency with a scripting language, python/golang
- Experience with data center setup and planning network devices
