Partner Success Onboarding Analyst

What you’ll do 👀

  • Onboard MoonPay’s awesome Partners that go live!   
  • Provide white glove support to our highest priority Partners through email, Slack, phone call, and video call for a seamless onboarding experience
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Account Managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience
  • Add value through effective communication, project management, decisive prioritization, and efficient execution 
  • Operationalize new and existing policies and processes related to Partner onboarding 
  • Serve as the voice of the Partner to internal teams including Finance, Partner Success, Sales/BD, Marketing, Engineering, and Product when surfacing product feedback, bugs, incidents, etc
    related to the onboarding process
  • Work directly with MoonPay’s Solution and KYB engineers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Work closely with our third party Compliance team to get Partners through the KYC and KYB process
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an effective, tactical, and empathetic manner on all items Onboarding
  • Review and understand data points to help answer certain onboarding questions 

You should apply if ✅

  • 2 – 4+ years of experience with high priority clients, compliance, product support, payments, or other relevant operations
  • Familiarity with compliance onboarding systems 
  • Experience with industry standards and developments in the areas of KYC/KYB
  • Experience with different channels of support, including voice, e-mail, video conferencing, and chat
  • Flexibility to work with a global team and company
  • You have positive energy, and can have empathy and patience with our Partners 
  • You have the patience to deal with Partners who may get stuck in the onboarding experience, or difficult to work with
  • You have a “can-do” attitude and owning a problem doesn’t scare you, but rather empowers you to take 100% responsibility and own the task   
  • You have basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies
