THE OPPORTUNITY

US only – Direct Hire – COMP: $135,000 plus 10% bonus

What we do:

The Product team is the conduit between various stakeholders and the software development team
We work closely with various stakeholders and software engineers to facilitate the creation of innovative product offerings which transform complex business problems into easy-to-use software solutions

As the Product Manager of MarketPay, you will own Product initiatives, interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, and help solve complex business problems with the MarketPay solution
Additionally, you will create the themes, epics and user stories that support the completion of the Product initiatives
You will interact with scrum teams, answer questions, work to ensure delivery of the product features and support the release process
From time to time, you will be asked to demonstrate new features a functionality to various stakeholders, interact with Product Marketing and facilitate presentations to various levels of the organization

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/Day-in-the-Life:· Manage and execute on product priorities in support of company goals· Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and pain points to identify and fill product gaps· Conduct research to generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth· Create prototypes of key features to gain executive and client buy-in for the product vision· Scope and prioritize product initiatives based on business and customer impact· Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding· Solicit customer feedback on company products and services· Engage cross functional teams to enable and launch new features and functionalityQualifications

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:· 2-5 years product management experience for B2B business models and/or expertise in the MarketPay product· Experience working with SaaS enterprise B2B applications· General knowledge of HR technology preferred

· Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner toa variety of audiences· Strong interpersonal and team building skills – ability to work with a diverse team and proven effectiveness in presenting ideas andplans clearly and confidently to all levels of management· Strong collaboration, along with customer service acumen, analytical and problem-solving mindset· Experience making things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Track record of launching successful applications preferred· SCRUM/Agile process experience preferred
