As a People Partner, your core mission is to champion and empower our greatest asset – our people
With a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and collaborative partnership, you will be pivotal in achieving GTM  performance goals and fostering a thriving, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture
Your purpose is to facilitate the growth and success of your client groups by ensuring that our talented leaders and team members are engaged, motivated, and equipped to push the boundaries of the Web3 gaming industry

You will have the opportunity to:

    • Collaborate closely with your functional executives and their leadership teams to understand the company's overall strategic direction and business objectives
    • Translate business goals into People strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organisational growth and performance outcomes, and drive employee engagement and productivity
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to achieve optimal hiring outcomes
    • Lead the execution of performance and compensation cycles and functional employee engagement and well-being through various initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous feedback mechanisms
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all People related matters
    • Act as a strategic partner to the People Programs team, ensuring alignment and tight feedback loops between overall functional business HR strategy and specific program objectives
    • Develop and drive the strong capability of leaders (from first-time managers to senior/functional leadership)

We would love you to have:

    • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a commercial support function with a strong people focus (GTM operations will be considered), with a track record of success in strategic HR planning and operational excellence
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
    • Data-driven and analytical mindset, leveraging metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving start/scale-up environment
    • Passionate about a high-performing, inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed
    • Strong knowledge of AU employment landscape and ER/IR, global knowledge in Asia also highly regarded

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

    • Knowledge of ER/IR across Asia
    • Experience working for a web3 or gaming scale-up
