 In this role, you will join the Procurement team, which is part of the Finance department
Created in 2022 and composed of a Head of Procurement and a Buyer, their main objective is to support business with best-in-class supplier selection on cost, quality and delivery aspects
They provide the best service to business partners, who are considered as internal customers, from all departments of the company
They cover all indirect categories, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, transport and IT worldwide
Starting date: January 2023Duration: 6 months

Your mission:

    • Procurement operations

    • – Review purchase requests on a daily basis
      Depending on the stakes, redirect to a catalog of indirect suppliers or provide procurement support (sourcing, specifications drafting, RFP, analysis, bid comparison, negotiation, agreement review…)- Onboard new suppliers as per Ledger process and act as an interface between accounts and suppliers in case of purchase order or invoicing issue

    • Data & reporting, tools

    • – Assist and facilitate the development and implementation of an ERP for all matters related to indirect procurement and suppliers- Create, maintain and communicate a vendor and internal customers database to facilitate the operations

    • Communication

    • – Implement a communication tool kit for internal business partners with procurement process and best practices – Advertise and train internal customers on procurement strategy, best practices on a regular basisYour level of autonomy on these missions will vary depending on your experience and skills

What we’re looking for:

    • You had a 1st successful experience in a procurement department
    • You want to work on a diverse range of projects: from quick wins to more complex projects
    • You are able to run all procurement operations: from figures analysis (Excel or Google Sheets) to negotiation and legal terms review
    • You are problem-solving oriented, have a structured mind-set with an ability to be flexible if needed
    • You are a team player 
    • You have excellent communication skills in French & English
    • Your knowledge in cryptocurrency or blockchain is a plus
