Responsibilities
- Design Web-based product features from start to finish, from sketching through shipping
- Work closely with engineering partners & Web Developers to create best-in-class user experiences
- Collaborate with the broader team to drive alignment and consistency across the platform
- Designer will work primarily on Web-based applications to create stunning and functional front-end designs
Requirements
- Experience working in product design / UX roles
- Strong design point of view and aesthetic
- Expertise in common design tools and web UX best practices

: Figma, Adobe Products (Illustrator, Photoshop) - Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Fundamental understanding of MVC-type web frameworks desired, but not required ( React, Vue)
- Fundamental understanding of standard package management tools desired, but not required ( npm, webpack, yarn)
- Track record for delivering end-to-end solutions
- Ability to use data to help reach informed decisions
- Portfolio to submit with application with examples of design (example webpages/websites required)

You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities
- Knowledge regarding Terra, blockchains, smart contracts, and DeFi applications
- Ability to create and design solutions for rapid testing in low fidelity based on primary and/or secondary research insights
- Believer in the “Less is more” design methodology
- Work experience in agile product development
- Familiarity with Defi concepts, smart contract, web standards, APIs, and other web 2
0 technologies - Experience working with remote teams
