Metaschool is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our growing team
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our web3 learning platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products that empower developers to learn and build dApps
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Metaschool's platform
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to define product requirements and ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future product decisions
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer needs, and resource constraints
  • Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to effectively communicate product requirements to stakeholders
  • Facilitate agile product development, incorporating user feedback and iterating on product features as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web3, decentralized applications, and online education to ensure Metaschool remains a leader in the space

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech or web3 space
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products
  • Strong understanding of web3, decentralized applications, and blockchain technologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
