Coinbase Germany is looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to manage the feature rollout process (“New Product Process – NPP”) and digital asset listing process for Coinbase Germany GmbH.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations (Germany) and working closely with senior management in Germany and EU.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all new feature and digital asset rollouts for Coinbase Germany Gmbh.
We are looking for a candidate who has a positive attitude and is highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced multi-task oriented environment.
This position will play a crucial role in meeting our regulatory obligations in Germany.
You will work and collaborate closely with many stakeholders across the organization, including the outsourcing units, regulatory compliance, finance, risk, internal audit, and operations.
What you’ll be doing (ie.
- Manage the feature rollout process and digital asset listing process to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain complete documentation of the NPP and digital asset listing processes
- Oversee the portfolio of live features and assets for German users at any given time
- Advise senior product and local management on the implications of feature rollouts
- Potential to grow to an EU level task in due course
What we look for in you (ie.
- 4+ years experience
- Experience in working with product and NPP at a FinTech or Financial Services institution
- Knowledge in MaRisk/BAIT Compliance
- Self-motivated and able to multitask
- Desire to work in a fast growing and agile business
- Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (in German and English)
Nice to haves:
- Experience of EBA Guidelines on NPP
- Crypto interest / knowledge
- Google Suite experience
