We are looking for a talented analyst with strong technical skills and the ability to distill down complex concepts to simple narratives
You will have deep comfort in diving into the deep end of our data, and are adept at building and deploying risk policies, models/tools and metrics
Lastly, you enjoy partnering cross-functionally to drive core risk initiatives including risk assessments and enhancement of controls through automation

As a Risk Analytics Senior Associate you will:

    • Identify opportunities for continuous monitoring and process automation for risk team and stakeholders
    • Develop risk monitoring and reporting tools to facilitate ongoing review of key risk metrics
    • Collaborate with engineering to build automated controls against risks associated with the Bank's strategic initiatives
    • Assist with building, validating, or implementing risk models and analytical tools
    • Produce clear reports and presentations describing quantitative risk analytics projects and their results, interpreting them for senior management

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

    • Experience in writing, editing, or reviewing technical documents in the regulatory or banking space
    • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to construct well-founded, clear, and concise analyses and recommendations
    • Skills in statistics or econometrics, and experience in statistical modeling or machine learning
    • Proficiency in a statistical programming language such as R, Python, SAS, or MatLab
    • Knowledge of SQL programming and databases
