Responsibilities:

Technical Vision and Strategy: Establish the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of technological development, including strategic direction and future growth

Product Development: Oversee the initial creation and subsequent iteration of our core product, ensuring we are fast to market without sacrificing quality

Team Leadership: Attract, hire, and retain a team of talented engineers
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability within the technology team

Hands-on Development: While you will have a team, as a seed-stage startup, you must be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and contribute code or troubleshoot critical issues
Qualifications:

Proven track record as a senior engineering leader in a successful US startup environment

Extensive experience in hands-on development, ideally with exposure to a modern tech stack

Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead technical teams

Strong familiarity with startup culture and the agility required to thrive in such environments

Exceptional project management and organizational skills

Experience in scaling technology and business from the ground up

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have:
