Proven track record in agile project management methodologies and scoping of large scale projects with a team of developers

Roles:Â

Work closely with CTO and CEO for development and planning of all blockchain related product items

Participate in discussions to contribute improvement ideas for the current and future systems

Work with CTO to define resource allocation of the development team to deliver on sprint outcomes, subdivide tasks, identify dependencies
 -
Development and maintenance of the core modules which both customer and partner facing systems connect to
-
Continuous optimization and improvement of all systems including internal APIs to ensure autonomous nature of front facing teamÂ

Support growth team with ad hoc reports in conjunction with CTO
-
Managing development roadmaps for both customer and partner facing systems

Oversee development team and helps to manage team schedules
-
Ensure that schedules are adhered to and all systems are properly documented
