Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage cloud resources and help to build automation pipelines
- Help to build tools for monitoring, deployment, and configuration management for trading applications
- Respond to requests and manage resources for trading teams
- Assist in low-level kernel and machine tuning for trading applications
- Provide recommendations for tools to be used for data pipelines
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of DevOps/SRE experience under a quant trading environment
- Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud and products
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Datadog
- Familiar with Linux kernel tuning and advanced knowledge with at least one scripting language
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic about new technology trends and share knowledge with the team
