Our Strategic Business Development team is an important part of Chainalysis’ growth
We collaborate closely with our leadership, direct sales force, product, and services teams to develop strategic business development opportunities, build strategic alliances and partnerships that directly generate revenue with both Public Sector and Enterprises customers

The Strategic Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Ecosystem, Sales and Product at Chainalysis teams to enable strategic clients to build solutions with Chainalysis data
Â
In this role, you’ll:

Contribute a measurable impact to Chainalysis revenue through successfully establishing strategic client partnerships with Chainalysis sales, alliances and product teams

Focus on accelerating Chainalysis sales and customer success objectives and business growth in Korea

Directly source and lead value based sales campaigns to establish meaningful partnerships with strategic clients and partners within the Korean Public sector (LEA/ Tax/ Defence) and/or BFSI

Represent Chainalysis professionally, maintain our reputation and develop faithful and long-term relationships with our customers

Develop, manage and enhance a business development plan to meet identified key results in collaboration with key stakeholders

You have established and shared best practices for strategic business development recruitment and sales campaigns
We’re looking for candidates who have:Â

Experience performing Business Development across clients and partner accounts in a high growth SaaS company in KoreaÂ
-
Experience in B2B SaaS sales focused in managing and closing complex sales in the Korean markets
-
A strong client network in Public Sector – Law Enforcement, National Security and Regulatory agencies  and/or BFSI
-
Experience working with systems integrators, resellers, distributors and other partners to extend our reach in the local market

An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication style, along with the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way

A demonstrated a history of building and executing a focused GTM strategy

A track record of over-achieving quota in past positions

Both written and spoken fluency in English for the purposes of communicating with customers and colleagues in Chainalysis’ offices around the world
