Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the Operations / HR Lead & Other Department Heads through sourcing, contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates
Important: Fluent English and having a (preferably AA/AAA) game development studio or publisher experience is a must!

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels ( social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
Qualifications:
- Research Skills and Working Knowledge of Recruiting Platforms
- Experience in recruitment KPI’s & OKR’s
- Recruiting experience with ideally a mix of candidates including artists, engineers, game designers and those within the blockchain space is desirable
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
- Corporate recruiting experience within a multi-national environment
- Fluency in English is a must
- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required
