In the role you will:

  • Be the face of Metaschool as a world-class employer

  • Provide your expertise in attracting the top talent and strategizing the sourcing methodologies to create a global pipeline of potential candidates who themselves are leaders in their respective industries

  • Digitize the talent acquisition process to ensure world-class candidate experience

  • Create an evaluation criteria for interviews and assessments to hand pick the best of resilient and hustlers

  • Be partnering with the business leaders to ensure adherence to the SOPs of recruitment and be on the right track of acquiring talent on strict timelines and hiring metrics

  • Be a strong advocate for Metaschool’s value props and ensure a culture fit check-list for each potential colleague entering the space


  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter
    Generalist experience is a plus

  • Excited to work independently and embrace the make-it happen attitude

  • Have managed end-to-end recruitment for business and tech roles for multiple markets

  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills are essential to your success

  • Passionate networker and truly inquisitive
