Missions

    • Contribute directly to the ambitious Hiring plan of 2022 by leading of the full cycle, end-to-end recruitment process, on a competitive and booming market
    • Help the Talent Acquisition team to achieve its targets
    • Sourcing and hiring best talents – up to and including offers delivery & negotiations
    • Build strong and productive relationships with your stakeholders (VP Engineer, Senior Managers, Engineers,etc
      ) to work together, on a common goal: hiring best talent for their teams
    • Keeping track and record data to enhance quality and improve our recruitment strategy
    • Collaborate with the HR, Finance, IT teams to generate the best-in-class People Strategy to support our business
    • Capacity to quickly changing priorities and prioritize urgencyImpact through your work our diversity and inclusion culture

What we look for

    • A motivated and enthusiastic student currently pursuing a HR Degree or Business Degree in an established university 
    • Internship or Apprenticeship contract
    • First experience in recruiting candidate with direct approach
    • Data driven person with a first experience with ATS
    • Tech culture is a Bonus
    • Good communication skills – written and oral Fluent in English – French is a plus
    • Good organizing and prioritizing skills meaning being able to take initiative, be responsible and have self-discipline
    • Willingness to evolve into a fast growing environment
