Technical Partner Manager

To help facilitate this, we support remote, hybrid or onsite work at either New York City, San Francisco or the Silicon Valley for the majority of our opportunities.We are looking for a Technical Partner Manager to help us launch major NFT drops and product integrations as well as provide white glove support for top partners. You will play a critical role in managing key partner relationships, driving cross-functional execution, and leading key processes to help drive efficiency within the team. The ideal candidate will have experience building strong relationships and a breadth of knowledge about developing Web3 projects, including addressing questions and decisions regarding the technical elements of NFTs without constant product support. You will thrive in this role if you have a bias to action, are extremely organized and love working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

    • Drive the launch of NFT drops with a variety of partners, as well as major product partnerships, especially those projects with more technically complex implementations
    • Manage both the big picture and the important details—stay on top of deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed while and crafting ways to add to existing partnerships
    • Lead cross-functional efforts supporting key partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering,Community and Legal peers
    • Grow relationships with existing partners and provide best-in-class support to help them best leverage the OpenSea platform
    • Build and maintain processes to help efficiently manage partner launches, measure performance, and ensure top partners feel supported

Desired Skills

    • Have 5+ years of Partner Management experience in a tech
    • Have a deep understanding of Web3 or NFTs, including more technical elements associated with NFTs
    • Leverage creative thinking to help with partnerships go-to-market and solve problems during the implementation process
    • Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
    • Demonstrated skills utilizing data to provide actionable insights and ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome for OpenSea and our partners
    • Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives
    • Passionate about Web3 and the future of NFTs
