Responsibilities:
● Management of a global R&D team
● Create high-quality software solutions on tight schedules with responsibility and
ownership of R&D deliveries
● Design solutions, set technical direction and quality standards, implement hands-
on guide
● Define the growth plan and strategy for the R&D team
● Assure detailed plans, and budgets and outline specific steps necessary for successful
commercialization with agreed-upon dates and resources needed to complete each
milestone
● Command a full range of leadership responsibilities: interviewing, hiring, coaching,
and training employees, assigning and directing work, driving performance
management, tracking & improving R&D KPIs, and more
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in managing R&D organization – Must
● Work Experience in the Blockchain industry – Must
● Fluent Russian – Must
● Fluent English – Must
● Ready to relocate to Cyprus or fly twice a month – Must
● Proven experience in Cloud products and platforms
● Proven experience in delivering high-quality products
● Ability to lead R&D to deliver major innovation and roadmap items
● Ability to adapt to various technologies and research new concepts, excellent
communication, and problem-solving skills
