Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Web3 Community Growth Manager
You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to grow our web3 clients’ communities and engagement
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, community management, and a passion for driving brand awareness

What your responsibilities will be

  • Develop and implement comprehensive community growth strategies aligned with clients’ marketing objectives
  • Stay informed about Web3 industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure innovative and cutting-edge campaigns
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with client communities on X, Discord, and beyond, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically
  • Act as the voice of our clients’ brands, ensuring consistency and a positive image across all community channels
  • Strategise and create content for clients that is engaging and shareable, and resonates with their web3 native target audiences
  • Curate user-generated content and leverage it to strengthen brand authenticity
  • Design, execute, and amplify questing campaigns on Galxe, Zealy, and Layer3, or similar
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate and execute highly effective contests, giveaways, and promotions that align with clients’ marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with platform policies and guidelines to ensure all content and interactions adhere to industry standards and best practices (FCA, SECโ€ฆ)

What weโ€™re looking for

  • Proven experience in Web3 community growth (preferably in an agency or as a freelancer for multiple clients but not a must)
  • In-depth knowledge of major Web3 social media platforms: X, Youtube, Reddit, Discord, their respective algorithms, and emerging trends
  • Great knowledge in using Galxe, Zealy and/or Layer3
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be excellent at client communications
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying on top of industry innovations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities – must be comfortable using project management tools such as Asana, Monday
    com or ClickUp
