Position Overview:
We’re looking for a well-connected Web3 Scout to join our dynamic team
As a scout, your primary responsibility will be to network and connect with emerging and established projects within the Web3 space, offering them the opportunity to host a free AMA session with us
Given our reputation and the zero-cost nature of our offer, your task is straightforward but crucial for our growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking & Outreach: Regularly engage with Web3 projects and communities to identify potential AMA candidates
- Offer Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of hosting an AMA with us, emphasizing the free nature of our platform
- Coordination: Facilitate the scheduling and logistics between the project and our platform
- Feedback Collection: Post-AMA, gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings and understand project needs
Requirements:
- Strong network and connections within the Web3 space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with popular Web3 platforms and communities such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience in a similar role or with business development will be a plus
Compensation:
Your compensation will be primarily based on a fee structure, rewarding successful connections and hosted AMAs
