Role Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be joining the UX/Product Design Team and will work on writing copy for MoonPay’s products
- Microcopy, messaging on websites, longer copy – and everything in between
- Products: MoonPay’s website, MoonPay’s app, MoonPay’s checkout experience – all of their products
- MoonPay’s mission is to onboard everyday users into crypto – the type of users who have never touched crypto before so the ability to translate fundamental concepts in an easy to understand way is essentialÂ
- They are also running an initiative to advocate better standards of design in the crypto space – they want to become a thought leader/influencer in this space – they will publish findings, write insights
- MoonPay is already perceived as a key player in the Crypto space – and they will build an influencer strategy around design at MoonPay
Required Skillset:
- The candidate will require a deep understanding of crypto to be able to abstract away complexity, and explain it in an easy-to-understand way
- They are looking for someone with a passion for/an interest in crypto
- An understanding of the brand aspects for content design such as tone of voice is important
- Copywriting experience in the past, or anything around content is useful
- Technical Documentation experience or experience writing for highly technical products – very desirable
