  • Solve business and product problems with data: query and process data, provide reports, summarize and visualize data.

Position overview

We’re looking for a Head of Payment Operations.

You will lead the team responsible for payment operations and reconciliations including, but not limited to, retail payment flows (FasterPayments, BACS, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH…), Mastercard & VISA debit card activities, treasury activities, and manage related exceptions, disputes, investigations and resolutions.

This is a senior manager role where the candidate will be required to set objectives, key performance metrics, and priorities, as well as the company’s payment strategies globally. The candidate will work with vendors to optimize customer experience, success rates, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, and manage the day-to-day activities performed by key partners.

  • Lead the payment operations team to deliver high standard operational support including setting up targets, preparing deliverables, and conducting reviews to maintain agreed internal quality standards / SLAs.
  • Develop and drive implementation of leading best practice back office operations strategies and processes with an actionable plan to enable the organization deliver on its objectives to its customers, in line with applicable laws and regulations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Product Owner for Wallet and Payments to join our global team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the product and services team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product as it relates to money flows. Among other responsibilities, you will gather feature requests, facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering, schedule releases and coordinate sprints.

Vision

  • Cooperate with Product Manager and Service Manager from design through execution and implementation;
  • Build a strong understanding of how Xapo customers send, receive and hold funds, and discover how Xapo can make this simpler, faster and cheaper;

Oversee and manage development stages

  • Participate  in scrum teams as the Product Owner;

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst  to support our Accounts team for 6 months, working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. 20 hours a week in total.  You must be able to work CET.

As HR & Recruitment Specialist you will be providing support to Xapo’s Global People Team – HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. The People Team is responsible for cultivating a culture of execution, high performance, and enrichment at Xapo. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Human Resources: assisting HR Lead with onboarding functions including reference checks, contract preparation and administration, policy administration, general reporting, updating records in HR systems, supporting team members enquiries and assisting with payroll. Assistance with rolling out career development plans, performance management and training & development initiatives. Collaborate with implementation of general HR Operations process improvements by liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Recruitment: supporting TA Lead with all recruitment activities including writing job descriptions, headhunting, managing recruitment agencies, conducting HR interviews, hiring managers in-take meetings, management of applicant tracking system, performing background checks, ensuring a delightful candidate and internal stakeholder experience. Manage a seamless transition from the recruitment process to onboarding with Xapo.

Program Manager

Program Manager, Coinme 

Reporting to Sr Tech Project Mgr

Purpose

Proactively plan, prioritize, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery of features and platform improvements to delight our customers.  This role will make  recommendations from the requirements phase through to deployment and plot the course that cross-functional teams follow to make sound decisions when business needs meet technical realities.  This role will “make the news”, not  just “report the news”, and will be hands-on, directly influencing the success of fast moving projects and agile development teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features and improvements to the Coinme platform. 
  • Proactively plan, prioritize and coordinate project activities from project requirements phase to deployment phase to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assess tradeoffs and provide recommendations on how to resolve tradeoffs between business needs and technical realities.
  • Partner with and communicate to stakeholders from the executive team down to individual contributors to ensure common understanding on how problems are being solved and what issues are present.
  • Perform resource allocation, workload assignment and schedule management activities to meet project milestones.
  • Communicate project status regularly and maintain project documentation to keep the entire organization informed and aligned.
