Your team is responsible for:

The Circle Security Team works to protect Circle; our customers, clients, and partners; and the financial markets upon which we rely. The security team leads the company’s programs for information security and cybersecurity, business continuity, vendor risk management, and privacy.

Full-stack Web Developer

The Role

We’re looking for a Back-end Developer to help develop and launch our new product, Nucleus – one central hub for digital identity, data and payments.

You will be creating microservices to run on serverless environments and integrating them with artificial intelligence APIs and SDKs for scanning user documents and biometrics. You will be integrating with complex supplier APIs and building our own, as well as building out of the box solutions for third parties such as CMSs.

You’ll code responsive rich user interfaces which adapt to different device screen sizes, working on all major browsers with Search Engine Optimization in mind.

With security being of paramount importance, you will be working with encryption and hashing algorithms to ensure user data is protected. Blockchain technology will be used to prevent fraud, and all technology will be backed up with end-to-end (E2E) automatic tests.

  • Write high quality readable code.

    • Microservices in NodeJS that can run in serverless environments.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain, scale and monitor existing infrastructure, including cloud machines, bare metal servers and a Kubernetes cluster, to allow Chorus One to provide secure and reliable industry-leading Proof-of-Stake validation services.
  2. Reason about and improve the security properties of infrastructure. Secure key management, server hardening and intrusion detection are important themes.
