You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 80+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin (🇩🇪). Most of our team is in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹, UK 🇬🇧, and other countries.
💻 About the Role:
As a Working Student in Workplace Operations, you will assist in creating and maintaining a great experience at the Berlin office. You will support smooth daily operations and be a key point of contact for everything happening at the Berlin Hub. Additionally, you will help organize and support on-site events.
Please note: For this role, you are required to work from our office at Alexanderplatz at least 3 days a week during the “morning shift” from 8:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. (Tuesday is mandatory).
This is a part-time position with a contract limited until the end of April 2025.
Compensation: 17 EUR/per hour
🗃️ What You Will Be Doing:
Office Management / Team Assistance:

Ensure office efficiency by maintaining a clean and tidy environment, sharing updates, and overseeing day-to-day office activities as a key point of contact.

Help oversee and maintain office equipment (f.e. Coffee machine), manage vendor relationships (e.g. cleaners, building management), order office supplies (food & beverage, stationery), and coordinate deliveries.

Assist with facility management requests as well as health and safety at the office, organizing the required training for employees and maintenance of safety equipment with the appropriate contacts/suppliers.

Provide administrative support as needed, e.g., scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; mailing and shipping packages; and any other ad hoc HR tasks.
Event Management:

Help organize team dinners and other similar celebrations.

Assist in organizing and coordinating events at the office.
🎒 What You Will Bring:

Currently enrolled as a student.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in English and German (C1+).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and hands-on approach.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of German health & safety regulations.
