Who are we looking for?

We are currently a team of 2 with strong background within energy and with solid experience within product and finance.

So, we are looking for an experienced tech lead to take ownership of our product delivery pipeline. We would like you drive the architectural, design and stack decision-making and help us deliver Renbloc platform on time to our growing customer base. To be successful you will need to have that “puzzle solving” mindset; where you like to find the smartest architecture, bundled with the best release and most efficient devops management.

Reading this you may think that our definition of a Tech Lead is leaning towards the back-end side and you’d be completely correct. However, the dev team will expand in the coming year and you will be the person we look to for building that perfect squad!

Skills & Requirements

1. Interest to joining an early-stage tech startup enduring all the fun and challenge of growing from scratch.
2. 3+ years of solid software engineering experience preferably in the backend.
3. Our stack is: PHP/JSON/AWS but we are open to any stack experience as long as you have delivered products over a deadline.
4. Analytical. Having background in statistics is a big plus but not mandatory.

You will join us as an independent developer, with programming and software engineering expertise, and will be required to collaborate with people from various different backgrounds (e.g. economy, multi-agent systems, cryptography, etc).
