Details of the program:

1. The program runs for an initial 2 months, full time in London

2. You are paid £2,500 for the first 2 months. In this phase, you are required to ideate and find your cofounder(s) from the cohort of 70+ founders

3. After two months you will present your team and business idea to the Antler Investment Committee and if accepted – you will get a pre-seed investment for your startup if you pass this round.

4. If you get investment, you will continue to be part of the program for another 3-4 months and by the end of that period, Antler will arrange a demo day where we invite VCs, Investors, Angel Investors in order to help you to raise your seed rounds.

Field of activity

• The developer team constantly works on new features for our platform. These features are used by hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.
• You will be developing tools and improve systems and server setups to guarantee stability and security.
• Since there are various areas in the frontend, backend, mobile or all around the platform, we collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve our system and develop new features.
• You will develop our terraform codebase and infrastructure pipeline to support rapid feature delivery.

What you should offer

• You are skilled in Linux Ubuntu Administration.

We are helping one of the most successful and recognisable Swedish brands of all time to design and implement a master data management solution in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform. This is a 4 month-contract opportunity in Malmo, Sweden – with the possibility to extend.

Scope of activities:

• Join the new product teams that will build a platform to handle customer information (master solution) and personalisation based on interactions

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Growth Senior Data Engineer / Analyst, you will help lead growth and customer engagement initiatives for our mobile products. You will be data-driven and results focused, thriving at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical, and product marketing background – with a motivation to use analytic insight to grow Xapo mobile customer base on a Global scale. 
The successful candidate will have curiosity, a passion for data, and demonstrate data leadership to impact the business. 

• Diligence, perseverance, and proactiveness are key to succeed in this position.
• Lead structure and implementation of metrics tracking systems, working directly with the Sr Director of Growth.
• Utilize Amplitude, Python, Tableau, Looker and SQL to pull data and provide key analytical insights.
• Report, monitor, track, and analyze traffic, revenue, and other KPIs.
• Identify product risks/opportunities and communicate them succinctly and effectively.
• Help product team set up A/B tests and perform statistical analysis on results to provide actionable insights.
• Build statistical models to predict interactions and segment users based on behaviour.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics support as needed, ranging from helping teams develop the question through tracking and implementation to analytics and insights.

REQUIREMENTS

At Genesis Cloud, the Senior Linux Systems Administrator takes system administration to the data center scale. It combines the set up and operations of complex, large-scale and  fault-tolerant systems data center systems which run our public cloud infrastructure.

You are key for the success of our vision of delivering millions of users parallel computing power without a glitch. As a Unix/Linux Systems Programmer and Administrator at Genesis Cloud, you own and support the needs of our server infrastructure. You are highly technical and work directly with other server and service owners to ensure reliability and sustainability of the Genesis Cloud service infrastructure as well as compliance with internal policies. Success in this role means you are able to support servers in multiple regions and work efficiently with our internal technology providers as well as other operation groups. We rely on your guidance when it comes to design decisions. You will have a direct impact in building our public cloud and keeping the business productive.

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and practical DevOps engineer with a keen interest in current technology to join us in transforming an industry.

Using your experience of different technologies and engineering best practices you will build and own platform operations for our venture and you will have wide range of responsibilities, from production environment build and deployments to automation and performance tuning. You will anticipate operational problems by monitoring system performance and by studying operating targets and you will recommend solutions to any identified problems.

You will take an active part in team discussions and will work closely with development team to manage system lifecycle including change and configuration management. You will also get to contribute (or just get exposure – up to you) to all the aspects of the Tracr platform, from machine learning to IoT to security engineering (e.g. Intel SGX), and you will also work very closely with the front end developers and the product team. You will also troubleshoot any emergency infrastructure incidents to achieve optimal application performance and stability.

Engineering is a small, focused, flat team of software, security, blockchain and devops engineers and we are looking for people to not only help us deliver our requirements but also to add to our existing broad and diverse knowledge base.

We are building a SAAS solution that helps marketers in better understanding of their customers using machine learning and cutting edge behavioural science. We have no legacy code, friendly team atmosphere and a lot of engineering independence. You will also have an ability to cooperate with world class ML advisors working with us and a very mature software development team. Plus you have the possibility to work remotely when you need it and choose your own tools for the job.
