The Opportunity

US Government Affairs Manager

  • Continuously monitor federal and state policy issues to ensure that Uniswap Labs is able to influence relevant public policy considerations by engaging at a very early stage in the process.  

  • Register as a lobbyist under the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) and be responsible for relevant LDA compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years experience working on Capitol Hill or a financial services regulator such as the SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, etc..  

  • Combined seven (7) or more years experience working on Capitol Hill or a financial services regulator in Washington, DC, and/or in a private sector government affairs role.

  • Strong network among relevant policymakers and demonstrated ability to network effectively.

Our Sales Development Representatives are focused on building strategic relationships through targeted outreach and effective communication. You will work alongside our Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute a variety of prospecting campaigns to engage new customers.

We measure SDR success based on the number of qualified opportunities generated for the Account Executive Team as well as the revenue from SDR sourced opportunities. This role will be focused on generating qualified sales pipeline within our US Commercial Markets Team.  

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • You have successfully executed prospecting campaigns into your territory that have generated qualified sales opportunities
  • You are comfortable handling objections and capable of articulating the business value of our solutions to different stakeholders and organizations  
  • You are able to run effective screening calls that uncover how Chainalysis solutions align with and support a prospective customer’s business needs
  • You have developed an in-depth understanding of the trends and use cases Chainalysis addresses across multiple verticals
  • You’ve introduced fully qualified prospects to the Account Executive team that have converted into customers
  • You are an expert in navigating Salesforce, SalesLoft,  Linkedin Sales Navigator, Telegram, Discord, and other SDR tools

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, prospecting research, complex sales pitches, solution selling, fundraising, and/or recruiting
  • SaaS / Software technology experience and proven success in a business development function
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and distinguished verbal and written communication ability  
  • Eagerness to work in a fast pace environment with the capability to handle pressure in a results-driven role

We set standard base salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and location, benchmarked against technology companies. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, relevant work experience, skillset, internal equity, and other factors, consistent with applicable law.

The salary range is:  $57,000 – $70,000

Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes equity, performance bonus or commissions for eligible roles, and competitive benefits.

Senior Finance Operations Manager

The Finance Team at Chainalysis splits their time between fine-tuning the details and evaluating the 30,000 foot view of our business. Our job is to help the company plan for growth by investing in the right resources and audit our expenditures and revenues to ensure we’re being fiscally responsible. 

The Sr Manager, Finance Operations at Chainalysis is a skilled taskmaster who will serve as a multi-faceted lead across all FinOps functions and help streamline processes internally as well as cross-functionally.

  • Identify, develop, and implement continuous process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Financial Operations organization
  • Be a thought partner to the Financial Operations team to identify, define, launch, and drive critical strategic and operational initiatives
  • Serve as the liaison for Financial Operations into cross functional strategic efforts that move the business forward and help us scale
  • Lead and influence cross-functional, global teams to achieve objectives

Chainalysis maintains two pay zones: Zone 1 includes team members in the New York City metro area and team members in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zone 1: $150,000 – $195,000 – $240,000

Zone 2: $131,000 – $170,000 – $209,000
