    • Assist in developing a company position on the accounting treatment for cryptocurrency and product offerings
    • Improve internal controls and streamline month-end close processes
    • Assist in preparing for audit readiness and coordinate audit requirements
    • Provide support to the regional finance teams on regulatory license applications and regulatory filings
    • Assist in identifying process improvements and documenting policies and procedures
    • Prepare ad hoc analysis and develop reports and accounting tools

Qualifications (Must-have):

    • Experience working at a global company
    • Prior or current management experience in Finance/Accounting team
    • Financial services, tech, or fintech experiences
    • CPA membership in good standing with experience in the IFRS (country doesn't matter)
    • At least 10 years of senior accounting/audit experience
    • Have been in both audit industry and commercial firms
    • Experience using an accounting ERP such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP

Requirements:

  • From 3 to 5 years experience in a web (UX) design role.
  • Proven track record of designing for web projects.
  • Ability to rapidly generate and iterate ideas.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion with all due attention to detail and execution.
  • Experience in driving simultaneous projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
  • Understanding of design systems and production specifications
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Power-user with Figma design tool.
  • Ability to lead other designers.

Further Relevant Experience:

  • Tech industry experience and software products a bonus
  • Familiarity in the blockchain space.
