What You’ll Own:

  • Manage multiple community groups and social media channels (4+).

  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align community strategies with the overall company’s goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in blockchain community management.

Sales Executive

🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We’re building an A-star sales team and seeking a Sales Executive to supercharge  Ramp’s sales efforts across the blockchain ecosystem. You will be approaching new potential partners, nurturing warm leads, preparing business cases, and, of course, closing deals. You’ll hunt for new opportunities and actively explore untapped market possibilities by engaging with brands that have yet to enter the blockchain arena, all while developing practical applications for the future of Web3.

🧩 What you will be working on

  • Identifying unexplored market opportunities and making initial contact with potential clients in an engaging and compelling way.
  • Finalizing deals with warm leads from our inbound pipeline.
  • Warming up and nurturing the leads by nurturing and building long-term relationships. 
  • Critically assessing leads’ LTV based on your expertise and market predictions.
  • Crafting detailed and personalized business cases that align with the specific needs of prospective partners.
  • Ensuring our benefits and solutions are articulated in an expert fashion when engaging with potential and existing partners. 
  • Developing, communicating, and implementing pricing models that streamline the closing process.
  • Managing negotiations, navigating blockers and successfully sealing deals.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and upholding best-in-class practices in the CRM tool (Hubspot).
  • Updating sales collateral materials and any other resources that would help you and your teammates to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with different teams, including legal, compliance, product, account management, and marketing, to ensure the deal’s progression without obstacles.

  • At least 2 years of successfully closing B2B enterprise deals internationally.
  • A documented track record of successfully closing deals over £100K+ in the tech, finance, SaaS industries.

Junior Financial Crime Operations Analyst

🙌🏼 What you will be doing

You will be crucial in supporting our efforts to combat financial crime and maintain the highest compliance standards. This role will allow you to learn more about Financial Crime Operations and take your first steps in this area with the support of your colleagues.
 
We offer a 3-month contract, with the possibility of an extension to permanent tone after a few months. There is a preference to work hybrid from the office in Warsaw, but there is an option to work remotely within Poland with 2 weeks of Warsaw-based training in the beginning. This is a shift-based role, and shift patterns span the entire 24-hour period, you will be required to work full-time five days per week (including weekends).
 

🧩 What you will be working on

  • Performing name screening and basic fraud alert management to promptly identify and address suspicious activities.
  • Assisting in monitoring transactions to detect and investigate potential financial crimes, including money laundering, fraud, and other illicit activities.
  • Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks on customer accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other team members to review and assess alerts, ensuring accurate and effective decision-making.
  • Contributing to the documentation of processes, procedures, and investigation outcomes.
  • Providing support to the broader Financial Crime Operations team as needed.

🤟🏻 What you will bring:

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Communication in English is a must (B2 level is a minimum).
  • Interest in financial crime prevention and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Flexibility to work the specified evening shift hours and availability for in-person training in the Warsaw office.
