Your Role

Zero-knowledge proof system engineer

Job Requirements:

  1. Computer science, cryptography and other related majors, master degree or above;

  2. At least 3 years of development experience in blockchain, zero-knowledge proof and other fields;

  3. Master the theoretical basis and algorithms of zero-knowledge proof: zkSNARK, zkSTARK, and Plonk, Groth16, Halo2

Backend Engineer (Go, NodeJS, Networking, Kafka)

What you’ll do as a Backend Engineer:

  • Work on building critical trading infrastructure and components for our platform to support trade execution, order matching, risk management, settlements, and data analytics

  • Write low-latency code that will process billions of dollars a day’s worth of trading volume reliably

  • Architect performant and reliable communication layers to enable networking between our internal exchange components

DeFi Protocol Developer(Solidity)

What you’ll do as a DeFi Protocol Developer at Syndr:

  • Develop secure tested smart contract code for our trading platform

  • Work to enable platform composability with a range of 3rd party protocols and providers

  • Deploy, document, maintain and upgrade platform contracts and related systems

  • Research and analysis of different (existing and future) DeFi protocols(Spot, Derivatives, Lending, RWAs, etc.), token models, and incentivization mechanisms, comparing their pros, cons, and trade-offs.

Business Development Manager(South Korea – Remote)

What you’ll do as a Business Development Manager at Syndr:

As a BD Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Syndr in Korea. Your responsibilities will include working towards driving platform growth via user onboarding and acquisition, partnerships, industry networking and relationship development. You will be responsible for expanding our user base, fostering strategic relationships, and driving business opportunities to propel our platform’s success.

Responsibilities:

User Acquisition and Onboarding:

Quantitative Developer (Derivatives)

What you’ll do as a Quantitative Developer at Syndr:

  • Design and develop complex quantitative models

  • Build sample automated trading and market-making strategies for implementation as Syndr LP Pools or as Strategy Vaults.

Executive Producer, Gaming

Who We’re Looking ForYuga Labs is seeking an Executive Producer (EP) to build amazing products that delight players and deliver on business objectives. As Executive Producer, you will own the execution of the product through the development cycle, from pre-production to global launch onto live operations. Once the game is live, the Executive Producer is responsible for the timely execution and the quality of live ops and feature roadmap.

The Job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $225,000 in addition to equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 50+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin 🇩🇪. Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹, UK 🇬🇧, and other countries.

💻 About the role:

As a Market Research Lead, you will be responsible for delving into the smart wallet space and the dApp/infra ecosystem surrounding it. You will be an expert in cutting-edge technologies and Ethereum/EVM trends. This position is cross-functional which means that you will get to interact with many teams at Safe across product, marketing, data, partnerships, ecosystem, DevEx. You will be someone who enjoys engaging with a wide array of external research partners, such as venture/R&D hubs, media and consulting firms, this position will report into John our fantastic Ecosystem & Development Lead.Tech Stack used for this position:

🗃️ What you will be doing: 

  • Conduct research on the smart wallet space and verticals such as Payment, Defi and Gaming.

  • Create in-depth comparisons of products/solutions/companies/competitors.

  • Study market trends and build insights to inform product/marketing/strategy/partnerships/grants initiatives.

  • Compile reports and insights for both internal consumption and external publication.

  • Engage with Safe builders to garner insights and strategic value-add.

  • Be the liaison with external research partners including media, consulting firms and academia.

  • Support the growth of our ecosystem through virtual & IRL events.

🎒 What you will bring: 

  • An analytical mindset combined with strong communication, visualization and articulation skills.

  • Ability to interpret data using different research methodologies.

  • A track record in quantitative and qualitative survey analysis.

  • 4-5 years experience in similar roles (research analyst, market research, investment analyst).

  • Deep understanding of Crypto, DeFi and DAO ecosystems.

  • Understanding of EVM and smart contracts.

  • Experience contributing to crypto projects.

  • A self-start attitude and keened to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

➕ Nice to have

  • Prior venture capital/investing exposure plus experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or tech company.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript.

  • Experience with SQL, and/or Python (especially in web scraping and data extraction through APIs).
