💻 About the role:

As the Solutions Architect for Partnerships, you will be one of the first technical touchpoints for strategic projects considering building on Safe, help build strategic Partnerships and will take responsibility for training external developers on how to use Safe in their teams or with their clients. This position will work closely with the Safe{CORE} Developer Experience (DX) team sharing insights and trends to improve developer comfort.

🗃️ What you will be doing: 

  • Create an understanding of available technical resources and create palatable boilerplates for external technical teams.

  • Take part in first external conversations with external parties led by the Partnership team.

  • Become familiar with the Safe{CORE} ecosystem and the projects building on it.

  • Collaborate with the Safe{CORE} DX team to share trends, insights, and feedback.

  • Co-creation of educational series (e.g. webinars for partners) to update on changes to Safe{Core} and new usage.

  • Build out a triaging system for questions and processes (beyond which point DX comes into play).

  • Proactively look for valuable paths to increase developer comfort to work on Safe together with DX team.

🎒 What you will bring: 

  • Prior experience as an engineer or a support engineer

  • Experience in creating educational material / leading educational workshops

  • Experience in working with institutional clients

  • Experience understanding/writing smart contracts with Solidity

  • Familiar with account abstraction and related ERCs and EIPs

  • Experience building dApps

👨‍💻 About the Role

As a Typescript SDK Developer for the Safe{Core} team, you will help us design and evolve our set of Typescript developer tools. Specifically, you will work on creating tools that enable other developers to build on top of Safe{Core}. This includes improving the current existing kits and creating new ones from scratch. The goal is to create production-ready kits enabling account abstraction features to be easily used when developers create applications that interact with the Safe Protocol

  • Create new SDK kits to enable easier interaction when using account abstraction features and Safe.

  • Create integrations to interact with third party providers.

  • Support external developers on SDK usage (e.g. StackExchange)

  • Document the Safe{Core} SDK integrations

As the Security Analyst in Governance, Risk & Compliance you will be responsible for partnering with the entire Shakepay organization, including Security, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to mitigate and manage risk at Shakepay. In collaboration with all departments at Shakepay, this role will be responsible for managing all of Security’s audit requirements and controls for SOC2, ISO 27001, and PCI as well as be the internal point of contact for Regulatory and Compliance related requests and tasks.

  • Promote Shakepay’s Security First culture and risk management as a value proposition for our customers.
  • Lead and coordinate audit-related tasks and vendor relationships for our annual SOC2 Type 2 audit.
  • Develop and maintain policies and controls in support of operational and compliance goals to align with industry frameworks such as NIST, PCI, ISO, etc.
  • Perform risk assessments, internal audits, and additional tests across teams at Shakepay to ensure systems and processes remain in compliance with in-scope security, regulatory, and compliance controls.
  • Design and implement a suite of GRC tooling and automations to reduce resources necessary to monitor controls, data collection, and other audit and governance tasks. 
  • Internal point of contact for cross-functional teams for Security related requests 
  • Own Shakepay’s internal vendor management process to ensure high confidence in our partners and vendors. 

Must have 

  • Great communicator both written and oral with a strong attention to detail 
  • Successfully owned and authored Security audits and reports (SOC2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Full-Time Customer Support Representative (Bilingual)

Bonjour, hi! Here’s a nice word to start things off that’s the same in English and in French: million. Shakepay has plus de 1 000 000 shakers (aka, “customers”) who love Shakepay almost as much as they love bitcoin. Nous sommes very excited for a new bilingual customer support representative (CSR) to join the team because that means that even plus degens aiment le bitcoin et Shakepay regardless of their preferred language. 

We’re looking for someone to join our awesome, tricoté serré team in the evenings. You’ll parlerez à nos clients in English and en français, answering questions they have about Shakepay and their account. Vous écouterez, diagnostiquerez, et resolve all sorts of concerns. You will:

  • Diagnose issues customers are experiencing with Shakepay
  • Have a thorough understanding of our products, features, and processes
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer inquiries
  • Relay feedback about the customer’s experience to other teams
  • Investigate suspicious activity, gather information, and take appropriate actions to prevent fraudulent activity
  • Demonstrate care and empathy while engaging with customers
  • Engage with customers directly via chat and email
  • Attend training sessions and other meetings with the customer support and operations teams
  • Communicate and interact with other teams through Slack and Google Meet

Actions you’ll take to help the customer:

  • Helping with technical issues like 2FA, Mailgun, Twillo
  • Assisting with KYC (account verification) requests
  • Providing support to customer support trainees 
  • Approving e-Transfer accounts, replay pending e-Transfers

Must have: 

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Adaptability to change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
