Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings both internally and externally with clients taking notes on who is doing what and when it needs to be delivered
• Sharing notes out and creating tasks from these in project management software
• Tracking team tasks and flagging delivery blockers early
• Managing communication channels both internally and externally
• Optimise delivery steams
• Weekly reports to department heads across all projects

Experience

• You should have project managed at least 2 projects in the past. These can be digital marketing or product development
• Mastery of efficiently settling up meetings and planning projects
• Good knowledge of project management software, right now we use Notion but are open to others

• Works closely with the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, and the Director of Human Resources to ensure that the business is compliant with its various regulatory compliance obligations
• Define the requirements for regulatory compliance and develop compliance risk assessment programs according to the annual compliance plan

The Team:

As a product lead, this role reports to our Group Product Manager for Core Platform. This team is responsible for building and maintaining the capabilities and API platform that powers MoonPay’s payments and web3 infrastructure.

This role is responsible for leading strategy and product development for our API platform, developer dashboard, and end to end developer experience from discovery to adoption and expansion. You will work closely with engineering to help define the right abstractions for MoonPay’s partners to consume in order to build powerful experiences that leverage the unique value of digital assets, crypto currencies, crypto-wallets, and identity management.

• Work closely with with MoonPay’s partners and prospective partners to define requirements for your platform
• Manage discovery work to understand user problems and technical needs, validate hypotheses, design new solutions
