We are looking to hire a talented, driven, and experienced Chief of Staff to support our PL Corp Lead and team by partnering with leaders in the Legal, Finance, Crypto and People Operations functions as well as other areas of the company. This is a high-impact and high-growth role.  

Responsibilities include leading and coordinating different projects across PL Corp Org, and collaborating with the leadership team members on strategic and tactical execution projects for the business. As Protocol Labs grows, the challenges and impact of this role will grow.

As Chief of Staff, you will:

  • Manage and prioritize extensive task lists, handle critical communications, and maintain dynamic schedules. Attend Org’s meetings, follow up with key partners on critical aspects, and collaborate with the Org Lead in keeping the leadership team accountable for goals and main KPIs. You will partner with teams and drive the execution of initiatives and projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence, implement, extend, manage, and evolve our operational processes and models.
  • Support the organization in discovering gaps in objectives and priorities across teams and projects.
  • Partner with the PL Corp leadership team to provide project management and operational support while contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration and morale.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring project plans, schedules, and outcomes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational feasibility across the PL Corp.
  • Help the PL Org Leaders execute against their agenda and problem solve to drive high-priority business projects from conception through successful execution, collaborating with cross-functional internal team members.
  • Evaluate project results and incorporate best practices and key learnings for future improvements.

Community Engineer

Mirror is hiring a technical Community Engineer to create a world-class experience for Mirror users. You will set the standard for driving the success of the Mirror DAO as members rally their communities and creators monetize their passions. If you are obsessed with shaping a seamless experience in web3, this role is for you!

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Communicating with users over many channels, including Discord, Slack, and Twitter to assist them with Mirror’s various tools
  • Build out support tooling to streamline ticket collection, making it easier to respond to common issues
  • Maintain the FAQ for Mirror’s product suite
  • Build out the admin site to allow non-engineers to provide support ops for Mirror users
  • Build out tooling for the Mirror DAO
  • Run queries against our data sources to identify bugs and data inconsistencies that impact the user experience
  • Triage security and bug reports to make sure they are acted upon in a timely manner

The NEAR Foundation is hiring A Legal & Compliance Analyst. This individual will provide support to various members of the legal team across several key areas including KYC/AML, document preparation and contract management. This support will primarily be administrative/project management but there is scope for it to be/become more with the right individual. This individual will ideally have some legal training and/or background working in a legal department so they are able to take ownership of some of these tasks (e.g. a paralegal).

We are looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead and drive capabilities for our HR Technology team in People Operations. As a Product Manager on the Data Programs Slingshot team at Protocol Labs, you will…

  • Engage deeply with the engineering teams building technical breakthroughs, and the communities that make them run!
  • Creating the feedback systems and product strategy approaches that inform this engineering work to maximize impact
  • Own the product development lifecycle and help build key foundational components
  • Facilitate the work of our early builders and developers through partner solutions engineering
  • Communicate development team progress to key stakeholders throughout the community
  • Collect and synthesize community feedback to guide engineering priorities and product strategy
  • Organize and participate in community governance, public presentations, and go to market execution

You may be a fit for this role if you have….

  • Experience building products & communities in open source projects.
  • Run go to market strategies successfully or operations management for developer ecosystems / APIs (ideally in web3)
  • Strong written communication skills in short form, medium form, and long form.
