The Senior Process Analyst will be responsible for working directly with HR program managers and leaders to design, document and implement business processes.  This includes working across the People Success team to (1) design and improve HR processes and (2) transitioning processes done in other departments into HR Operations and (3) implementing process changes through communication and training.. What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• 5+ years of experience in global HR business process design, documentation and improvement

• History of building strong relationships with internal clients and partners across HR specialities (compensation, benefits, global mobility, learning, etc.)

Core Responsibilities

The mission of the International Compliance programme is to enable Coinbase to become the most Trusted crypto-currency services provider through the provision of industry-leading Compliance expertise and oversight. The International Compliance Senior Manager will lead Compliance input into a number of international expansion initiatives in addition to supporting the Head of International Compliance in the design and implementation of the international compliance framework.

The Cyber Security team sits within the Engineering function and is responsible for managing and maturing the cyber security program within BitOasis. The team is involved in product and platform security, and in ensuring right controls are identified and adopted to protect our customer assets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Organize and manage the incident management function

· Lead the selection and implementation of an effective Security information and event management (SIEM) system

· Collaborate with engineering team to enable appropriate logging in Apps, Infra and Network devices

· Implement threat Intel Platform and monitor threat intel sources to maintain awareness of cyber threat landscape

· Define and roll out best practices to identify, contain and recover from security incidents

· Lead Incident response and resolution process by coordinating with cross functional teams

· Define key performance indicators for the incident management process

· Quantify and communicate the impact of incidents on the business

· Prepare dashboards and incident status report for senior management reporting

· Improve safeguards by identifying and implementing appropriate detective and preventive controls based on trends and event analysis

· Experience with Security information & event management (SIEM) solutions and dealing with cyber incidents

· Experience in commercial and open source tools

· Experience in integrating and parsing logs from various devices and writing correlation rules

· Strong report writing and communication skills

Filecoin Foundation is looking for a person to manage all aspects of the program, from recruiting and support to reporting and growth. Your typical day will consist of engaging with Ambassadors, learning about their needs and plans so that you can support, unblock, and share their work. You will also work closely with the Foundation’s marketing, communications and events team, offering support and guidance to Orbit community content and events organized by ambassadors. Strong communication and project management skills will be key to succeeding in this role. If you are an enthusiastic self-starter that is passionate about the decentralized web and loves to network and connect with others, this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage communications for the Orbit Ambassador Program in close collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team including suggestions for social activity, content ideas and events best practices.
• Own and update the Orbit Ambassador Program website 
• Recruit program participants and onboard them onto the program; ensure participants are supported and set up for success throughout the program, and elevate participants through the program hierarchy as appropriate 
• Manage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including volunteers, ambassadors, and other members of the Orbit community
• Track community activity, metrics, and Ambassador milestones and report on activities and metrics related to the Orbit program 
• Understand the needs of program volunteers and the Orbit community
• Promote, expand, and scale the program, onboarding a globally diverse community

Your Profile

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in community management, bonus points for experience managing open source communities
• Experience working with globally diverse communities 
• Experience with coordinating communications activities, events and people management
• Proficient with social media tools and platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Youtube, Slack, Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp); knowledge of social media marketing and best practices

About the RoleA Productologist is part of the Delivery team, who is responsible for making the customer’s dream and vision a software reality. A Productologist works as the customers product manager and ensures they understand the customer vision as well as providing excellent customer experience. A Productologist will educate, guide and advise in the development of the customer’s app. The Productologist will work closely with our Ninjas (our project execution team) and Senseis (technical architects) in developing the customer’s product.

A Productologist is able to plan, track and implement all project deliverables. They are comfortable in taking customers through the journey of app development, liaising with the customer about their responsibilities in decision making and changes to the requirements.

How?

It all begins with our Spec Call. A Productologist is responsible for leading the Spec Call with our customer. A Spec Call is where we look to translate the customer’s vision into a detailed proposal which we call our Buildcard. The goal is to capture 80-90% of an understanding of the app (or software) the customer is looking to create, the related features needed for the app and the sub-feature details. The outcome we look for with a Spec Call is to convert the potential customer into a paying customer.

As a Productologist you will scope, plan, implement, and track specific short-term deliverables up to the design phase. Capturing user flows, working with designers and laying out highly detailed product requirements, strategising the customer’s product roadmap and collaborating with the execution team to ensure the customer gets the product they asked for at the start of the journey and delivered into their hands by the end.

You will be responsible for

• Analysing the structure of a business, understanding its goals, and advising technical and non-technical stakeholders on how to achieve those goals through technology.
• Being an expert and evangelist for the Builder.ai platform, and in how to deploy our capabilities to maximise customer success.
• Collaborating with the Customer, Sales Team, Designer and Execution Team to create the product roadmap, and set release scope and objectives.
• Creating product documentation, user flows, and rough wireframes, and working with designers to refine the customer experience into a polished, shippable product.
• Communicating, translating, and simplifying business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
• Working with the Technical team to ensure that they understand what the customer wants to achieve, all the way through to detailed specifications.
• Clarifying, identifying, and tracking requirements and issues, removing barriers, resolving project issues and escalating to immediate manager where required.
• Managing project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risk.
• Identifying delivery process improvements and sharing with team members and leadership to drive continuous improvement across the Delivery Organisation.
• Managing client expectations, anticipating tracking and mitigating operational and tactical risks.
• Staying abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or customer-facing Consultant
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Expert in capturing and communicating high quality requirements to customers and technical teams
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with our customers in a professional and respectful manner as the representative of .
• Commercially aware and able to work with Sales to close deals.
• Analytical and Problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A minimum Bachelor Degree, with Product or Project Management experience from an Industry or Consulting background.

Nice to haves

• Experience building and launching an app.
