What you’ll be working on

Salary will depend on seniority and location. 

As the Principal Design System Product Owner, you will lead the growth and adoption of that system as it expands in scope and progresses towards maturity. PDS is at an inflection point in its maturity , and you will play a critical role in shepherding it through an expansion in the applications , sites, and experiences it supports while maintaining its commitment to quality and responsiveness.You will:

  • Shepherd PDS through its public launch , focusing on sharing its benefits and educating new users to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with system users and business stakeholders to understand their additional needs , prioritize accordingly, and engage in active communication with internal stakeholders to ensure we’re adapting and iterating at an appropriate pace.
  • Develop the plan to sunset outdated technology stacks that PDS replaces and set our organization up for long term success.

  • Experience developing and maturing a product, and creating a product strategy

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. About the Opportunity
 
We're looking for an experienced engineer to help build our main products: developer tools, libraries and SDKs. You'll collaborate with a team and work independently to architect and deliver feature upgrades and improvements on the platform. In this role, you will build critical features for our developer community. You must be comfortable working in diverse development ecosystems and have worked independently in a rapidly scaling startup. OSS experience is preferred as we are an open source project.

What You’ll Do

    • Build open-source developer tools for the Stacks blockchain, including but not limited to SDKs, APIs, command line tools and services
    • Build developer tools and services for the Hiro Platform: this is a greenfield effort and a unique opportunity to participate in building a new product from the ground-up
    • Work on : a collection of Javascript libraries for building apps on Stacks, collectively exceeding 20K downloads weekly
    • Work on : a rich and developer-friendly set of APIs for Stacks blockchain data, including full support of the . Currently serving > 10M queries daily

What We’re Looking For

Senior Blockchain Marketer

It is a rare opportunity to take charge of blockchain marketing at a company creating tangible business value with these new technologies.

Responsibilities

This is a multi-faceted role, best suitable for someone with a few years of experience in blockchain (in a professional or personal capacity) and a strong marketing background. Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of all Quadrant Protocol marketing channels (website, social media, chat groups), including messaging and content strategy.
  • Producing content for these channels in partnership with Quadrant’s current marketing team.
  • Developing a community strategy and leading the execution with the help of community managers or agencies.
  • Identifying, researching, signing, and managing potential partners for Quadrant Protocol and Geolancer in the blockchain space. This includes cryptocurrency exchanges, NFT marketplaces, crypto debit card companies, and similar or complementary projects in the space. Partnerships should result in tangible benefits for our users, including increased usability and popularity of the EQUAD token.
  • Taking charge of Quadrant Protocol’s EQUAD token economics both in terms of execution and future enhancements. This requires monitoring market performance vs fundamentals and business activity.
  • Leading the marketing launch of Geolancer’s NFT initiative and actively contributing to its gamification model.
  • Market our Data Smart Contracts and Data Mapping projects, as well as our new upcoming stealth initiative.

Expected skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably at tech startups or blockchain projects
  • Track record of creating marketing and communications strategies from scratch
  • Experience in producing written content
  • Professional and personal interest and ideally a few years of experience in crypto and blockchain (play-to-earn models, DeFi). Interest in token economics models and being on top of current trends is a must.
  • Very strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent English
  • Technical acumen is an advantage (familiarity with Ethereum, good understanding of standards like ERC-721, ERC-1155)
