Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) to smart-contract blockchains, starting with Ethereum. Experience:

  • 2+ years of RC/EA experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or executive assistance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Alignment with company culture; ability to interact with individuals of all levels/skillsets/personalities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google suite of tools, Greenhouse, etc)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
    • Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS systems.
    • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up.
  • Executive Assistance:
    • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for Leadership.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
    • Provide administrative support as needed.

Staff Software Engineer – Rust

  • Experience building bridges from Rust to SDKs in other languages, like React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter
