Your background & skills

• You have at least 8 years of experience in product management, product leadership, and cross-functional team leadership in areas with complex technical and regulatory challenges.

About OAK Network

OAK Network builds a layer-1 for on-chain automation, and aims to be the cross-chain automation infrastructure for web3. We raised Sep 2021 as well as a following round Sep 2022, launched a Kusama parachain in April 2022 and just won a Polkadot parachain slot within 18 hours. Our mainnet will launch in Nov 2022.

About the role

OAK Network will be a parachain of Polkadot, and is being building off of the Substrate blockchain framework in Rust.This is a highly technical role, that requires both strong computer science and communication skills. You’ll be part of OAK’s blockchain development team and lead efforts to create product & API specifications, design integration plans with XCM partners, and communicate node upgrades with network validators.

The role

 As a core member of our infrastructure team, you will build and maintain major features, through inception, design, implementation and launch, working closely with product and engineering disciplines across the company. The Role

Responsibilities

• Produce institutional grade research reports on macro trends as well as sector trends, including but not limited to DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, L1/L2 and Middleware etc, for both internal and external clients.

• You will be working in the Binance Research team, one of the top research teams in the crypto industry. Requirements

• Experience in crypto/blockchain companies or in VC research.
• Good knowledge of blockchain data.
• Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the crypto industry.
• Strong articulation and interpersonal skills, can handle high pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or other related areas are a plus. CFA is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, self driven and demonstrated strong work ethics.
