  • +2 years of commercial experience as a Python Developer,

  • Tell the story of Matcha as our team defines the category of decentralized exchange aggregators
  • Craft a vision and execute the marketing strategy for Matcha to be the worlds best place to trade tokens
  • Scale Matcha’s portfolio of marketing channels and programs through daily experiments and optimizations that drive a high return on investment
  • Manage tracking and reporting on campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimization opportunities

What you’ll work on:

  • Manage international audit plans and act as key point of contact for local auditors. Ensure audits deadlines are met with no significant findings.

Security Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

  • Design and implement secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure to validate on substrate based networks.
  • Work within systems that secure millions of dollars of cryptocurrency from motivated attackers.
  • Instrument high-signal alerts from production infrastructure events to provide early indicators of network attacks and compromises. Create playbooks of what to do in the case of such events. 
  • Model and evaluate risks of slashing for validator nodes from an operational perspective and prioritize security efforts based on these risk assessments.

Software Engineers and Solutions Architects

Your contribution to our mission:

As a DLT / Blockchain expert, you will lead and oversee projects for the development of new technological solutions in the digital asset space, such as central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), tokenised securities (e.g. equities and bonds) and token-based payment systems. You will be helping to improve the functioning of the global financial system by providing technical leadership in developing the next generation of distributed platforms.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering and prototype development projects for digital assets of relevance to central banks, such as CBDCs, tokenised securities and token-based payment systems. This includes the design, build and deployment of ‘proof-of-concept’ DLT / Blockchain projects.
  • Provide expertise on distributed computing, algorithms, cryptography, cybersecurity, consensus protocols and smart contracts.
  • Analyse and select optimal design choices and technical configurations, while focussing on interoperability.
  • Collaborate with other BISIH centres, central banks, international organisations and research community on these topics and related implications.
  • Represent the BISIH at official meetings, industry and academic conferences and events.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Academic qualification in computer science, engineering or another technology-related field
  • Strong engineering or software development background
  • Hands-on coding experience in one or more of the coding languages, e.g. Python, Java, C++, Scala, Go, Solidity, PHP
  • Experience and deep knowledge of distributed ledger technologies (DLT), algorithms, cryptography and cybersecurity

We are looking for an accountant who is self motivated, customer focused and has a passion for technology to join our rapidly growing accounting team and support one of the most critical elements of our business (our products and customers). You will be part of the building a new process from the ground up by helping to scale billing and accounts receivable for our newly launched product Circle Platform Services (CPS).  You will also assist with recording of revenue and assist with a key monthly reconciliation process that provides transparency over our industry leading stablecoin USDC to its thousands of users. This role will give you exposure to critical operational areas of accounting for an exciting suite of products that are being rapidly scaled, this experience will be invaluable to your development as an accounting professional.

What you’ll work on:

  • Support the Accounts Receivable process for subscription billing, ensuring that customers are configured with the correct subscriptions, customer invoices are distributed in a timely manner and the various forms of payment are reconciled.
  • Review the subscription billing tool workflow and ensure that any failed payments are followed up, incoming customer payments are matched off and that the tool is correctly syncing with the accounting system.
  • Prepare bi-weekly AR Aging reports to distribute to cross-functional teams at the company and send account statements to customers for outstanding receivables.
  • Ensure revenue recognition of Circle Platform Services activity and reconciliation of deferred revenue on subscriptions is in compliance with ASC 606 guidelines as part of the monthly financial close.
  • Reconcile bank account weekly for incoming ACH and wire payments made from customers.
  • Support the USDC reconciliation process, including reconciling minting and burning of tokens on the various blockchains to the balance of reserves held.
  • Assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, which includes the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation for annual financial statement audits.

Project Execution – VAM – Vice President

The Global Liquidity & Account Shared Services (GLASS) team is a key function within CIB Banking Technology and is responsible for the cash accounts for the International region (Demand Deposit Accounting), Global Liquidity and associated middleware, the teams are based in Bournemouth, London, Tampa, NY Metro, Chicago, Singapore, Mumbai and Bangalore.

As an experienced Program Manager, you will be driving the outcome of projects in the Account Services portfolio, across both heritage and new services/products. We have an exciting multi-year agenda of strategic transformation work, as we evolve Account Services to the next generation with new exciting market opportunities like JPM COIN on a blockchain, Virtual Account Management (VAM) as well as modernising our existing platforms.

You’ll be working closely with your key stakeholders across Product teams, regions, functions, and steering committees to monitor the health of each initiative and advocate for the project through its lifecycle. Strong leadership, excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to remain calm and perform under pressure are a must have.

The role includes driving project management and financial rigor across the portfolio to ensure planning is realistic while also supporting strategic objectives. This role is responsible for identifying and measuring program outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing projects for the program and this may include managing some projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Planning of the Releases/scope with the various delivery teams
* Building, reviewing & executing detailed Runbooks for Releases/Integration/Client migrations across multiple technology teams
* Planning event timelines & driving out dependent activities, execution of large scale migration events, using Command Centre style governance
* Demand & roadmap planning, prioritisation and estimation, working closely with the AGILE Delivery teams, Product Owners, Product Development and PMO teams
* Stakeholder Management embedding & aligning the platform transformation roadmap with the Business & Technology strategies
* Provide governance and controls to all program financials to include developing business cases, forecasting/estimation and sprint planning

* Ensure risk management strategies are followed and reviewed within guidelines. Identify, manage & escalate Risks, Issues & Dependencies, whilst continuing to own mitigation. Removing obstacles prohibiting progress

* Detailed Planning to organise, track & present coherent plans across multiple Program work-streams
* Monitor AD delivery/performance via standard governance practices and behaviours, ensuring quality and rigor for successful releases to production
* Tracking of key milestones, code delivery, QA & UAT Scope confirmation, driving progress through to completion. i.e. SDLC from requirements sign-off through to defect closure
* Working with the test management teams for the E2E testing
* Identify and secure resources including project team, vendors and consultants and x-impacted teams. Ability to influence and negotiate to lock down delivery contracts and commitments
* Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors, stakeholders; conducts regularly scheduled briefings/status updates
* Serve as single point of contact for project level issues / questions / escalations
* Ensures all required data for making portfolio decisions is complete and available for decision-making

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferably in the financial services industry
* PMP, MSP, or other formal project management discipline preferred; familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery practices essential
* Scrum Master, Advanced Agile Certification, PMI ACP or Scrum Alliance Certification preferred
* Understanding of large scale Java development essential
