A technical writer will spend time coordinating with project managers, subject-matter experts, researchers, editors, engineering staff, and end users to break down complex ideas, share knowledge, and bring process improvements to the forefront. It is important that the candidate understands how to write to engineers/devs and infrastructure partners while keeping a holistic view of the product and producing valuable feedback on usability and user experience.

Responsibilities

    • Uses clear language to describe complex subjects and produce comprehensive instructions, TL:DR, release summaries, description of product roadmaps/product specifications, how-to guides, technical explainers, tutorials, sample codes, all in support of onboarding developers and organizations building on Polygon
    • Determines the appropriate tone and style for different documents
    • Collaborates with graphic designers, content managers, teams and editors to produce high-quality deliverables
    • Conducts detailed research to develop expertise in a subject area
    • Understands the zero knowledge proof space in the context of a rollups

Qualifications

    • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
    • Experience in writing documentation and wiki styles guides for technical audiences

DeFi Ecosystem Lead

About The Role

We are searching for a DeFi Ecosystem Lead to create our DeFi ecosystem strategy, liquidity strategy and to work closely with partners to expand the DeFi ecosystem across the Aptos network. Who You Are:

The Regulatory Compliance Officer and Attorney will manage any and all state and federal regulatory requirements, such as state regulatory reporting, license renewals, consumer protection and consumer complaints as it relates to Digital Assets. The Business Technology (BizTech) team at Chainalysis creates intuitive, scalable, and secure technology experiences that accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work.  The Manager, IT Engineering role is responsible for all of the core IT engineering functions within the company that keep our employees productive, including our Collaboration, BizTech DevOps Infrastructure, Corporate Network, Client Platform, and Identity. Leaders who will excel in this role are able to craft a vision and strategy for the areas in their purview, while also clearly communicating that outwards to all of our business partners. They are empathetic towards and supportive of the team, taking the time to coach individual engineers and engineering managers, and are inquisitive about the technologies that we build, deploy, and manage. The ideal leader for this team leads with people first – whether that means a focus on the user experiences that we are crafting or the individuals on the team and their well-being and career growth. 

Priorities in your first year include:

  • Partnering with your peers and business partners, building and delivering a roadmap that balances our needs for scale, a high bar for user experience, and the security of the company
  • Working with engineers within your team and across the company, enabling your team to own the architecture and technology choices critical to successful delivery of our core IT experiences and systems
  • In collaboration with the team, defining and putting into practice engineering best practices that will help us build the most intuitive, scalable, and secure productivity environment for our employees
  • Attracting, hiring and developing the people required to deliver on our roadmap, with a focus on adaptivity, resilience, and diversity

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in roles of similar scope, preferably within technology companies
  • Demonstrated experience as a meticulous planner and strategist in a similar role
  • Background building around cloud-native environments and SaaS technologies
  • Previous experience managing distributed/remote teams
  • Experience navigating complex compliance and regulatory environments, and an ability to guide the team as they build solutions to meet those needs
  • Excellent communication skills

Salesforce QA Analyst

The GTM Systems team is responsible for the deployment, administration, maintenance and evolution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack. We work with internal operations stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal to ship trusted and reliable systems solutions that enable GTM activities across the customer lifecycle.  Our goal is to accelerate Chainalysis’ growth and empower our employees to do their best work. 

Priorities in your first year include:

  • Logging, tracking and triaging end-user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner while escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborating with Salesforce Administrators and stakeholders to test and validate Salesforce functionality and to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Conducting testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, Flows, objects and records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with best practices.
  • Maintaining SFDC environment configurations 
  • Beginning to enhance and update Salesforce Flows and automations

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line support to Salesforce end-users
  • Supporting the testing and validation of desired Salesforce functionality
  • Partnering with Salesforce Administrators and colleagues across the Business Technology, Data and Analytics team

Qualifications:

  • You have experience working closely with GTM stakeholders to efficiently resolve Salesforce issues through meticulous attention to detail and a clear orientation towards delivering quality solutions.
  • You’ve worked as a Salesforce Admin for 1+ years and have experience as a QA analyst.
  • You have worked in a SaaS company and understand common Go-to-Market motions that include an emphasis on enterprise sales and related Sales, Marketing and Customer Success processes
  • You are comfortable working in a Lightning environment, with an understanding of how to leverage its benefits and overcome its challenges.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of  Sales Cloud architecture
  • You are self-motivated, take initiative to fix problems when you see them, and seek out opportunities to grow professionally.  
  • You have exceptional communication skills including the ability to take an independent stance when interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders, while maintaining their respect and confidence.
  • Bonus if you are Salesforce Admin certified, or have CPQ experience
